We work with our delivery partner Speedy and we offer the test and check option for all online orders.

You have the right to cancel your order in 14 (fourteen) work days, from the delivery date, without any further reason. You can use the Standard form for return here.

The only requirement is that the product is not used and the product should be in its original condition. The return must use the same delivery method, as the original order. All return costs in this case are covered by the client. 

14 days after receiving the product, Studio M. A EOOD will return the amount of the product to the client by Speedy cash on delivery or by bank wire. If you don't have a bank account or you don't want to use these options, please contact us to find a solution for the issue. 

For all dispute issues, we always search for the best solution using the best way for both parties, feel free to contact us.

For all disputes that cannot be resolved directly with the online shop you can use the european platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).

Guarantees

The products of Studio M. A EOOD have consumer guarantees.

You have the right to customer claim if the product has particular defect. You can claim the defected product in our store or via e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If you think there is something wrong with your product please contact us, so we can resolve the issue and give you the steps to follow.

In case your customer claim is approved, in one month Studio M. A EOOD will repair the product without any charge or replace the product with new one. If we don't manage to do so, the deal is cancelled: you need to return the product and we will reimburse the product in full.
